This message indicates that there are no travel documents available for the data you entered. Please verify that the booking number you entered is correct. If it is, please contact your tour operator for assistance.

Why do I get the message "No internet connection. Please ensure a stable connection and try again."

The connection between your phone and our servers cannot be established. This typically occurs when your phone is disconnected from the internet or has very poor connection quality. Please check your internet connection, and if it is working, try again later.

Why do I get the message "The download period for your travel documents has expired."

Your access to the travel documents has expired. If you have any questions, please contact your tour operator.

How can I make sure I have the most current app version on my Android device?
  1. Open the Google Play Store app .

  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.

  3. Tap Manage apps & device. Manage.

  4. Tap the app you want to update. Tip: Apps with an update available are labeled "Update available."

  5. Tap Update.
